About

I've had the privilege of receiving and providing excellent therapy in many different settings over the twenty five plus years I've been involved in the field. I am able to sit with people at their most vulnerable times, helping them feel safe, just as others have sat with me at my most vulnerable times. I get to help others find their hope and strength, and to discover solutions to their painful problems. It's a tremendous gift to be witness to people's healing as they implement changes in thier lives which bring satisfaction, serenity, and deeply harmnious relationships.

PERSONAL

I am humbly, gratefully, and happily married since 1987, with three children. I'm a practicing Catholic Christian. I have over 25 years continuous sobriety as a recovering alcoholic.

People sometimes remark to me that they don't know how I can sit and listen to peoples' problems all day. My response is that its a gift. I take joy in seeing people make changes that help them live more deeply harmonious lives. I get to see them connect more deeply with themselves, their loved ones, and the world and its maker. Where else would I want to sit?
